Bottom Loaded Trusses

A bottom loaded truss is designed to support added weight hanging from the bottom cord of the truss.  Most trusses in this category are built to support insulation and drywall for a finished ceiling.  Attic type trusses can be designed to support additional storage.  A pick point is an area located on the bottom cord of the truss engineered to carry the weight of an engine block, wild game or other heavy objects.

GOOD WORDS

"I planned on going stick frame.  My friend talked me into calling SSA and I'm glad I did.  Your pole building turned out beautiful and saved me over $10,000."
