Living Quarters

Combining a shop with a living quarters can really be an efficient use of space.  Larger shops, especially Gambrel styles like shown here, are perfect for adding a bonus truss.  The bonus truss allows for additional space that would otherwise be unusable attic space to be used as living space.  This space can have insulation, electrical and plumbing packages added to make a very comfortable space.
