Steel Structures America built this 40′ x 99′ x 20′ commercial post-frame building in Coeur d’Alene, ID. The owner needed retail space up front and working space in back. The front section runs at a 15′ eave height with a full storefront window package. Behind it, the 20′ rear section holds a 40′ x 50′ commercial loft rated for an 80 pound floor load.
Outside, Gallery Blue and Charcoal Gray steel siding pair with Smooth Cedar wood-look panels for a modern commercial front. In addition, a 10′ x 6′ covered entry porch with a steel ceiling shelters the double entry doors. ULG Black roof, trim, fascia, and soffit tie the whole exterior together.
