This post-frame shop in Leavenworth, WA sits on a wooded acre in Chelan County. Steel Structures America framed the main building at 24′ x 35′ with a 16-foot eave. That height matters, because it carries a full 12′ x 35′ loft above the work floor. Six post-and-rafter crossings open up the ceiling instead of standard trusses.
Additionally, two lean-tos widen the footprint without crowding the shop. An enclosed 10′ x 30′ bay adds finished storage on its own slab. Meanwhile, an open 12′ x 26′ lean-to covers parking along the other side. On top of that, a 12-foot canopy on exposed 6×6 knee braces shelters the main overhead door.
