A finished Kit Culture home you can walk through, at 425 N Wylder Loop in Post Falls. This is a model home, not an office, so there is no sales desk here.

The model home is a finished Kit Culture house you are welcome to walk through and take your time in. It sits in the Wylder neighborhood on the north side of Interstate 90. Nobody is stationed here, so if you are coming a long way it is worth calling first.
How to get here
From I-90, coming from Spokane or the state line
- Take Exit 2, marked Pleasant View Road.
- At the end of the ramp, head north on Pleasant View Road toward Seltice Way.
- Turn right onto West Seltice Way and follow it east about a mile.
- Turn right onto North Corbin Road, heading back toward the freeway.
- Follow Corbin south. Just before the freeway, turn left onto North Terra Street. If you go under Interstate 90, you have passed Terra Street.
- Terra Street bends left and becomes North Wylder Loop. Number 425 is on the loop.
From the Pleasant View exit it is about 1.7 miles, roughly six minutes.
From Coeur d’Alene or east Post Falls
- Follow West Seltice Way west through Post Falls. You do not need the freeway.
- Turn left onto North Corbin Road, heading toward Interstate 90.
- Follow Corbin south. Just before the freeway, turn left onto North Terra Street. If you go under Interstate 90, you have passed Terra Street.
- Terra Street bends left and becomes North Wylder Loop.
When you arrive
- The house sits right along Interstate 90. Wylder Loop is the last street before the freeway, so if you can see and hear the interstate, you are in the right place.
