Less than half a mile off Interstate 82, right by the Chevron and the McDonald’s. There is a finished building on site you are welcome to walk through.

This office serves Yakima, Sunnyside, Grandview, Prosser, Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and the Yakima Valley.
How to get here
From I-82, coming from Yakima
- Take Exit 52, marked Zillah and Toppenish. It is about 20 miles from Yakima.
- At the end of the ramp turn left onto Meyers Road, crossing over the freeway.
- Just past the bridge, turn right onto Zillah West Drive.
- We are a short distance up on the right, less than a quarter mile.
If you reach Exit 54 you have gone one exit too far. Turn around and come back to Exit 52.
From I-82, coming from the Tri-Cities or Sunnyside
- Take Exit 52, marked Zillah and Toppenish.
- At the end of the ramp turn right onto Meyers Road. You do not cross over the freeway from this direction.
- Turn right onto Zillah West Drive.
- We are a short distance up on the right.
If you reach Exit 50 and see signs for Highway 22 and Toppenish, you have gone one exit too far.
When you arrive
- There is a Chevron station essentially next door and a McDonald’s on the same block. The Best Western Plus Vintage Valley Inn is just past us.
- Look for our display building, a finished Steel Structures America building you are welcome to walk through.
- Level, paved ground throughout, with no steep drives.
