#13031 – 40x60x16 Metal Workshop with 12x40x12 Lean-to in Newman Lake, WA

This unique metal workshop is 40′ x 60′ x 16′, with 12′ x 40′ x 12′ lean-to, a 12′ x 24′ x 8′ wrap around eave and a 12′ x 40′ x 8′ hip corner. Located in Newman Lake, WA, this build is perfect for all-weather projects, storing of large or small equipment, and hobby work. It was built with a 20′ x 20′ residential loft for extra office space or storage. The roofing and siding choices were provided by our sister company, Metal America, which overs a wide variety of color options.

Windows: one 4′ x 3′, two 4′ x 18″, one 6030, and one 6040 window, all double-pane vinyl and energy-efficient
Concrete: 3,192 sq. ft in 4″ thickness with a smooth/broom finish and fibermesh reinforcement
Special Features: Perma-Column® precast concrete foundation system, 12′ x 24′ x 8′ off eave with wrap around, 12′ x 30′ x 8′ with hip corner, standard girts, 20′ x 20′ residential loft, two 36″ cupolas with pheasant weathervanes
