Purpose & Design

This 40′ × 60′ × 16′ insulated metal workshop in Parker, CO, was built to give the owner a reliable, year-round workspace for equipment and project storage. The open layout, paired with a 10′ × 24′ lean-to, creates plenty of flexible space.

Build Highlights

Steel Structures America designed this gable-style, insulated metal workshop with functionality and efficiency in mind. The two 12′ × 14′ insulated overhead doors make it easy to move large equipment in and out, while the interior stays comfortable thanks to fiberglass insulation in both the roof and walls. A single walk-in steel door provides easy side access, and multiple vinyl windows bring in natural light throughout the day. Fully enclosed 24″ soffits and fascia give the building a refined, finished look from every angle.
