Design and Layout

Steel Structures America built this 30×40×16 residential post-frame shop in Spokane, WA for homeowners who needed a practical, drive-through design. The shop has overhead doors on both ends, which makes it easy to pull in RVs, boats, trailers, or tall equipment. With 16′ eaves and a 4/12 gable roof, the building provides plenty of clearance and a clean look.

Exterior Finish

We finished the exterior with Metal America 29-gauge steel siding and roofing. Metal America is SSA’s own steel brand, made for long life and tested for Northwest weather. The steel panels give the shop strong protection and a sharp, low-maintenance finish.

Interior Comfort

The shop includes vinyl-backed fiberglass insulation at both the roof and walls. This keeps the interior more comfortable year-round. Two 12′ × 14′ insulated overhead doors allow vehicles to pass through, while a 3′ × 6′8″ walk-in door adds easy daily access.
