This metal workshop was completed by our Eastern Washington team. Featuring one fully open lean-to and one partially enclosed lean-to, this shop style offers space for all your needs. This build includes two overhead doors in different sizes to allow the space to be multi-purpose.

- Exterior:Â Charcoal 29G Tuff Rib siding, body corners, trim, and soffit with Ivy Green roof and accents
- Overhead Doors:Â two 12′ x 14′ and one 12′ x 10′ high-lifted flush panel doors
- Walk-in Doors: one 3′ x 6’8″ Armorguard door
- Windows: eight 4′ x 18″ fixed double-pane vinyl windows
- Special Features: Perma-Column® precast concrete foundation system with Hem-Fir above brackets
