This 70,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility in Yakima, WA gives the valley a new home for everything from household overflow to boats and RVs. Steel Structures America designed and built the site for Giant Storage, one of its sister brands, at 7500 W. Nob Hill Blvd.
The site includes five storage buildings plus an on-site office building. Every unit is drive-up, so tenants can pull right to the door to load and unload. In addition, unit sizes range from 10′ x 10′ up to 14.5′ x 48′, and the larger units include power. Plus, the site offers RV and boat storage behind a gate with 24-hour access.
Throughout the facility, Rough Cedar Gray wood grain siding gives the buildings the look of weathered timber without the upkeep. Roll-up doors at every unit keep loading simple, and the clean trim lines give the site a modern finish.
