Built with commercial girts, a fully decked roof using 7/16 OSB, and house wrap beneath the wall steel, the design delivers long-term durability in a wide range of Northwest conditions.
The exterior features a Sandstone body with Mocha roofing and accents, including a 4′ Mocha wainscot for added contrast. Almond-colored window frames and cedar-wrapped uppers at the open lean-to bring a warm, refined touch. Flat-frame ceilings with sandstone 29-gauge steel soffit complete the lean-to for a cohesive, polished finish.
