#12665 – 24x30x12 North Idaho Residential Pole Building with Dual Closed Lean-Tos

This residential shop, built just outside Hayden, Idaho, is designed for all-season use in North Idaho’s rugged climate. The main building measures 24′ × 30′ with a gable roof, and it’s paired with two fully enclosed 10′ × 30′ lean-tos. These lean-tos add valuable storage and workspace while keeping the look clean and professional.

The shop is set on a 4″ thick, smooth-finished concrete slab reinforced with fibermesh and saw-cut joints for lasting strength. Perma-Columns protect the posts from ground moisture, giving the structure decades of durability. Insulated Therma-Tech overhead doors, a walk-in ArmorGuard door, and four double-pane vinyl windows add efficiency, security, and natural light.
