Steel Structures America built this 30′ × 40′ × 16′ post-frame shop in Pasco, WA. With an attached lean-to, large overhead doors, and detailed gable accents, this project balances storage, utility, and curb appeal.
The main structure measures 30′ × 40′ with a 16′ eave height. An attached 12′ × 40′ lean-to at 13′ eave height extends the footprint to 42′ × 40′ overall, offering both enclosed and covered space. A 15′ wide gable overhang extension and a 12′ wide exposed truss detail on the front add distinctive character.
SSA finished the exterior with 29-gauge steel siding, accented by a 48″ wainscot around the full perimeter. The design also includes black and white steel for contrast, fully enclosed 24″ overhangs, and a 26′ eyebrow roof extension.
