This climate-controlled self-storage facility was completed by our commercial construction team in Idaho. The project consists of one two-story building, totaling 21,000 square feet and housing 193 storage units.
Key features of this build include an elevator, two staircases, and a 24-gauge standing seam roof finished in Pacific Blue. The exterior walls feature 26-gauge steel siding in Stone White, with Pacific Blue and Charcoal accents used for the wainscot and front entrance to create a clean, modern appearance.
