Steel Structures America built this 26′ × 70′ × 10′ post-frame shop in Pasco, WA. With insulated walls, la arge overhead door, and a concrete foundation, this project delivers both function and durability for residential use.

Design & Layout

The main structure measures 26′ × 70′ with a 10′ eave height and a 3/12 gable roof pitch. Its long footprint provides ample space for equipment, vehicles, and storage while fitting neatly into a residential setting.

SSA finished the exterior with 29-gauge steel siding. Fully enclosed 2′ gable and eave overhangs give the building a polished look while adding ventilation.

The shop includes:

• (1) 18′ × 8′ insulated overhead door with plain-lite windows in the top section
• (5) 4′ × 3′ sliding vinyl windows for natural light and airflow

The crew insulated the roof and walls with 2″ vinyl-backed fiberglass, helping regulate temperatures year-round.
