At the core of the build, the 32x48x18 main structure provides ample interior clearance and open floor space for vehicles, equipment, and ongoing projects. In addition, the design incorporates a 12x44x10 open lean-to, which offers convenient covered outdoor storage. Alongside it, a 12x44x10 enclosed shed adds secure, weather-protected space while keeping the main footprint efficient and uncluttered.
Inside, the custom garage includes Perma-Columns®, horizontal scissor trusses, and a dedicated loft area that expands storage and allows for future use. To help insulate the build, the structure uses house wrap paired with OSB sheathing, improving durability and long-term performance.
